Frank E. Oliver, III is the Founder and CEO of Oliver Asset Management, Inc., a specialized financial firm providing customized retirement strategies located in Colorado. Frank’s extensive education and experience working with hundreds of clients over the last 18 years positions him to have very clear insight into efficient planning procedures.
Along with creating the T.I.M.E Financial Management Systems, Frank is a member of the nation’s most exclusive group of financial advisors – Ed Slott’s Master Elite IRA Advisor Group. This advanced education creates a higher level of sophistication regarding retirement planning and gives Frank access to the most up-to-date research on IRA transfers and minimizing tax erosion for his clients and their heirs. In addition to Frank’s IRA knowledge, he has spent significant time educating himself on advanced social security strategies, greatly aiding him in designing stronger retirement plans.
Acting in a fiduciary capacity, Frank maintains both his securities and life insurance licenses in order to offer a diverse selection of investment and insurance options for his clients.
Brittany Oliver performs the role of Office Manager with Oliver Asset Management. Brittany has always had a passion for working with people and that is clearly evident with the energy and organization that she brings to the firm. Brittany is responsible for handling all of our clients’ requests, scheduling all workshops and events and making sure that the office runs at peak efficiency to create a great client experience. She is the primary liaison to our carriers tracking progress of each transaction. She insures accurate paperwork, monitors money transfers and expedites turn-around time.
Brittany came from the Pittsburgh area before settling in Colorado with her husband Frank Oliver, their dog, cat and three horses. Brittany taught performance level horseback riding for years and still rides her “girls” for pleasure and exercise.
Ashlie McIntire serves as the Executive Assistant at Oliver Asset Management. She is the smiling face you see when you stop in to our office. In addition to assisting Brittany with scheduling workshops and events, Ashlie has also taken on the role of client relations, marketing and continued Oliver Asset Management involvement in community events.
Ashlie was born and raised in Longmont. She spent 8 years in Chicago, IL, getting her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music performance. She now uses her degrees and performance experience by teaching voice lessons to children and adults in the community. Ashlie has a passion for interior decorating, gardening and baking in her spare time.
Theresa “Teri” Nolan serves as our Company Chauffeur and brings many years of experience driving professionally. She is available to chauffeur you, our valued client, in our firm’s Stretch Limousine to any special event that you might have. Teri’s former career was in corporate America, positioned in purchasing for large corporations. She has a passion for driving which is evident in her desire to bring a wonderful experience to our clients.
Residing in Colorado for the last five years she has become very familiar with our beautiful corridor from Colorado Springs to NOCO. Teri moved to Colorado from Santa Fe, NM, where she resided for 10 years. Teri, her fiancé Daniel, and their dog Jack live in Boulder, CO.

Managing Director, GeoWealth
As a Managing Director at GeoWealth, Dimitar oversees investment product development and is also responsible for the overall business strategy of the firm, finding and establishing partnerships, and future business or client relationships. Dimitar has more than 15 years of financial services experience having worked as a Portfolio Manager at O’Shaughnessy Capital Management in Greenwich, Connecticut (a quantitative asset management firm with $2B in AUM), an Associate Portfolio Manager at First Princeton Asset Management in Princeton, New Jersey ($300mm of AUM), and an Analyst at Merrill Lynch in New York City (as part of the Latin America Investment Strategy Team). Dimitar graduated from Rutgers University, Rutgers Business School in 1999, majoring in Finance with a Mathematics minor.
CFA, CIPM | Chief Investment Officer, GeoWealth
As the Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer at GeoWealth, Ivo oversees all aspects of the portfolio management process. Ivo specializes in designing strategic asset allocation models and strategies. Prior to joining GeoWealth, Ivo was a Director at TD Ameritrade and the Chief Portfolio Manager for Amerivest (over $3B in AUM). Ivo has also served as Vice President and Director of Research at Bear Stearns Asset Management and as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Research at O’Shaughnessy Capital Management/Netfolio. Ivo received a B.S. in economics from Sofia, Bulgaria, an M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Southern Illinois University in 1995, and an MBA from Thunderbird – The Gavin School of International management in 1997. He also obtained the CFA designation in 2001 and his CIPM designation in 2017.
Director of TAMP Services
As part of GeoWealth’s senior leadership team working on behalf of ChangePath, Eric is responsible for refining ChangePath’s turnkey asset management platform (TAMP). He provides general oversight of the platform, including ongoing refinement and enhancements, as well as asset acquisition.
Throughout his career, Eric has developed an expansive background in the financial services industry, gaining leadership experience, management practice and global marketing exposure.
Prior to joining ChangePath and GeoWealth, Eric held a variety of investment consultant positions within the financial services industry, including the launch of a third-party marketing firm where he sourced and distributed niche money managers to large institutions, running territory client acquisition for a major financial institution and heading national distribution for cutting-edge unified managed account provider.
Early on, Eric developed his leadership and management skills outside of the financial industry. His background includes global oversight of corporate relationships and new media for Colorado’s winter sports trade organization, as well as new media sales and product integration at the Denver Newspaper Agency, the company in charge of the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News.
Eric brings more than two decades of experience to ChangePath and GeoWealth in various capacities, having served companies such as Eternity Capital, LLC, GlobalBridge, Norwood Partners, AIG Valic and Janus Capital.
Eric earned his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and still resides in the Denver area. He enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with local youth organizations and being an active North Boulder Little League board member. He is an outdoor enthusiast, and when not volunteering, is an avid biker and skier.
