As a Colorado native and outdoor enthusiast, Frank lives in a small community west of Berthoud. He and his wife, Brittany, have deep roots in their community. Brittany has a passion for horse training and works extensively with children teaching the art of horse eventing, while Frank is active in charitable work as a Board Member of the Twin Peaks Rotary and working actively with “A Woman’s Work” charity which provides financial support for immediate needs that cannot be met by other sources for women in the St. Vrain Valley area.
Brittany Oliver performs the role of Office Manager with Oliver Asset Management. Brittany has always had a passion for working with people and that is clearly evident with the energy and organization that she brings to the firm. Brittany is responsible for handling all of our clients’ requests, scheduling all workshops and events and making sure that the office runs at peak efficiency to create a great client experience. She is the primary liaison to our carriers tracking progress of each transaction. She insures accurate paperwork, monitors money transfers and expedites turn-around time.
Brittany came from the Pittsburgh area before settling in Colorado with her husband Frank Oliver, their dog, cat and three horses. Brittany taught performance level horseback riding for years and still rides her “girls” for pleasure and exercise.
Zachary Hatcher, a Financial Advisor at Oliver Asset Management, prides himself on his desire to implement financial plans that “make a meaningful difference in my client’s lives. My client’s ambitions, desires, and goals are what’s important. I help them get there.”
For the past 10 years Zachary has lived in Manhattan, NY where he worked as a Financial Planner. Zachary has extensive experience in asset allocation and retirement planning. Continual education is important to Zachary. He received a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and most recently achieved a National Social Security Advisor certification from the National Social Security Association LLC in Cincinnati. “As a result of my education and experience at Wharton along with my NSSA, my clients will be better off today, and many more will benefit from my guidance in the future. That is one of the reasons I am so excited to be joining Oliver Asset Management. The family atmosphere and our shared philosophy have made for an excellent fit.”
Zachary Hatcher holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations and maintains a Life and Health insurance license along with a NSSA designation. He is a graduate of New England College, and has achieved a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Zachary is a Boulder native and is delighted to return to Colorado. In his spare time, he loves to cycle the canyons, hit the slopes- and the occasional golf ball. He has been involved in numerous children’s charities. While in New York, he served on the board of CASA, a charity that advocates for children in the foster care system. In Colorado, Zachary served as a rescue swimmer and rescue vehicle operator for EXPAND.

Theresa “Teri” Nolan serves as our Company Chauffeur and brings many years of experience driving professionally. She is available to chauffeur you, our valued client, in our firm’s Stretch Limousine to any special event that you might have. Teri’s former career was in corporate America, positioned in purchasing for large corporations. She has a passion for driving which is evident in her desire to bring a wonderful experience to our clients.
Residing in Colorado for the last five years she has become very familiar with our beautiful corridor from Colorado Springs to NOCO. Teri moved to Colorado from Santa Fe, NM, where she resided for 10 years. Teri, her fiancé Daniel, and their dog Jack live in Boulder, CO.
Ashlie McIntire serves as the Executive Assistant at Oliver Asset Management. She is the smiling face you see when you stop in to our office. In addition to assisting Brittany with scheduling workshops and events, Ashlie has also taken on the role of client relations, marketing and continued Oliver Asset Management involvement in community events.
Ashlie was born and raised in Longmont. She spent 8 years in Chicago, IL, getting her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music performance. She now uses her degrees and performance experience by teaching voice lessons to children and adults in the community. Ashlie has a passion for interior decorating, gardening and baking in her spare time.
